I take it you won't be making the trip to Lake Charles for the game?

Those ladies work just as hard as the men's sports do both on the field and off. They represent LSU very well also.

Away from Louisiana the blackout locations are pretty random. In Florida it's Dixie County which is very sparsely populated

It's based on who carries the Cox Sports channel. but it does affect the areas around it that don't carry Cox.

Yeah, it's weird. Someone posted last year that it is based on zip codes or area codes. Part of Texas is blacked out because of Bryan. the whole College Station area is blacked out and I don't think they even get Cox.

Isn't there a way to watch or a way around the blackout spots, or so I heard

I don't have CST unless someone wants to stream it

At least the game is on radio tonight, so those folks who are blacked out won't be totally in the dark, as opposed to the early season tournaments where there was no TV OR radio and we had to rely on live stats.

We are so spoiled in this day and age with softball coverage!

Sometimes it's blocked on your home internet, but you can still stream it from your phone using your cellular carrier. I guess the idea is that not everyone uses their phone in the area code the number is assigned to.

Or your could do a VPN.

Just figured it out

If you can alter the IP address to a different location you can watch it pretty sure

if you cant get CST you can go to lsusports, net and follow the live stats which has a play by play, roster, pitcher, pitch count, and a diagram showing who is on base, and who is at bat.....its better than nothing....I followed the CAL. games that way.

5 homers and Sanchez with 2. Not SEC pitching but none the less impressive.

6 hits all together and 5 are homers.

These softball threads always seem to be shorter when there is nothing to complain about.

They get Suddenlink which is just another name for Cox. Same company and they do get CST.
