what do you want to do with Miles because of all this smoking, and fighting, and dranking and carrying on these kids are doing? I'm still waiting on that list of coaches.

This is college, right...Dude if i would have come to this school to play ball 20 something odd years ago(dang its been that long ) i would have gotten suspended by coach Miles too...

Rule no.1 on any college campus is that you just dont pick fights with the football players...they will whip your behind, they travel in packs like hyenas!!! if you get tagged by one expect the others to jump on you...

on the other hand J.hill should have thought about JJ before he threw that first punch...(but maybe he did) Cameras or Camera phones are everywhere...20years ago you could get away with a good barroom brawl now adays that shite will end up on youtube

JH was backing up 6months with credit for time served...i dont know how long he sat on his first charge but i can see judge jackson making him sit for the summer if the state can prove its case. that would hurt because he would miss out on summer workouts....soooo, if that happens expect Blue, Hilliard, and Mcgee to share the load...

i just cant see Hill making an impact without the summer workouts under his belt...

This is just my opinion....so in the end i will be patiently waiting to see what the end game will be for Mr. Hill too. but i surely would love to see that video tho...the way the cops wrote up the report it was like JH was play penyata(excuse the spelling) with ole boys head!!! :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

That isn't what I said. What I said was he was an 18 year old kid. If you had the ability to get pussy when you were 18 you would have made the same mistake. If you had made the mistake would you be willing to tell your employer that they shouldn't have hired you in the first place? You are a self righteous prickhole. I'm done with you.

No it isn't what you said. But it is what I said. And you don't know the first GD thing about me. If you read the bill of information you will have a very different view of this football player just getting a BJ. You are a head in the sand douchehole.

Again, follow the conversation. I never said that the national media was part of our fanbase. I did, however, say that Miles takes the good with the bad.

Are you Les Miles? You might as well be. Les Miles' own mother wouldn't stand up for him as strongly as you are.

Go ahead and tell us what it says.

Also you realize a Bill of Information is just the charges and not the actual facts of the case right?

Virginia Tech coach Frank Beamer said there are “definitely two sides to the story” regarding the recent arrest of running back Michael Holmes.

Holmes has had no contact with the coaches or the football team following his suspension after he was charged with a felony for his alleged involvement in a fight. Holmes tweeted on Wednesday that he would "never do some things said."
That is from an arrest that happened 6 days ago for a FELONY charge in a fight and he is doing the exact same thing as Miles. LINK

Yep. The bill of information also lays the foundation for the charges i.e. what the prosecutor believes will be introduced to prove the charges.

you answered your own question. Frank Beamer handled this appropriately as Miles has. The difference is that Miles brought in Hill fully aware of the legal baggage he carried. The question as to Beamer is did Holmes come to Va. Tech with a prior criminal record while on probation? That is the distinguishing characteristic.

So no one ever deserves a chance to redeem themselves? Or can they redeem themselves, just not at LSU? Something tells me that if Hill had gone to Bama and excelled you would be whining because Miles let him get away.

Florida State running back James Wilder was arrested Wednesday on felony charges of battery and resisting arrest in Leon County, Florida.

Greg Reid was arrested in Georgia on Tuesday night for driving with a suspended license and marijuana possession, according to Lowndes County Sheriff Chris Prine

Not to mention Fisher is a shitty coach.

Marcus Deon Vick (born March 20, 1984)[1] is a former professional football player. He is the younger brother of Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick, who also began playing high school football in Newport News Public Schools. After accepting a full scholarship to attend Virginia Tech, Marcus played quarterback for the team. However, he was suspended for the entire 2004 season due to many criminal convictions.[2][3] After a conditional reinstatement, he started every game in the 2005 season,

So explain this, Beamer let a player who had multiple incidents while he was a coach back on the team?

I never said that. I am making the point that everyone, including Miles, was on notice that Hill could pose a problem.

Nope. Given the nature of what he was originally charged with in his case where he ultimately plead out to a misdemeanor, I wouldn't have given the guy a scholarship in the first place.

No, but it does make you wrong. Miles and LSU handle these situations the same as 99% of other schools

What were the terms of the conditional reinstatement?
