This makes me appreciate the Tigers that don't cause trouble and excel on the field. Kadron Boone, Jarvis Landry, Anthony Johnson, Alfred Blue, Kenny Hilliard, Odell Beckham, Jr. just to name a few. Thanks for staying out of trouble guys and good luck to you in the season!

Camera man is a bitch just like the frat punk. I don't have a problem that he filmed it. It would be great to have some laughs over. The problem is that the cameraman punk bitch gave it to the the police. I wasn't raised to be a snitch, but maybe you were. It was a bar fight that apparently started because a drunk frat geek blurted out racial slurs. He deserved to get his arse beat , and thats what happened. The rat snitch cameraman is a pussy , but I'm sure his mommy and daddy taught him that. Or maybe it was the KA house. I don't know or care!!

Calling someone a name, Regardless of how offensive, does not warrant assault. It's called freedom of speech
Now does that mean you won't get your arse beat? No, but there are legal actions that can be placed on the person doing the beating.
I'm not taking sides here, I'm like everyone else, I have no idea what really happened there. Did the kid deserve it? Maybe. But I have no clue and feel that JH is innocent until proven guilty.
But it's frustrating that there is a clear video of him sucker punching someone and JH is pulling the shaggy "it wasn't me " approach.

My parents taught me many things, and one of the most important things that they taught me was to love everyone regardless of the color of their skin. I wasn't raised with the same racial hate that it seems that many on here were!

Legally speaking, yes.
However, if someone uses words to threaten you with immediate harm or great bodily injury, that can establish a right to self defense.
So, yes, offensive words in and of themselves are not a defense. But words can be a defense if they convey a sufficient threat.

WHOA there.. This is NOT a racial thing to me....... IF the dude said the "n" word to hill. I can understand him being upset..... Why haven't we heard more about the victim? People suggest he's in a frat- why don't we know which one? People have suggested he is just as big as JH- why don't we have a picture?
A quick youtube search of the victim's name as given by Nola will give you a video of a big guy with a matching name who graduated high school in 2010. Yes, he is from Colorado Springs, but that guy has the same last name and went to the same high school there as several LSU/ULL students with the same last name.
