I don't see how he's not gonna get charged with this shite. Y'all need to take off the P&G glasses
It doesn't matter what happened before the video started to record the events. The fact is Hill punched a guy after he got up off the ground and was walking away. How on earth do you think these charges are getting dropped? It doesn't matter what happened before the video started filming.
That act, in almost every imaginable context, is going to bring charges. I'm sorry guys. But you have to accept that. You can't justify those actions. The kid is getting up and walking away.

Racial slurs, bowing up to Hill, even a punch thrown first by the victim do not justify essentially sucker-punching somebody after they get up off the ground and start to walk away from the situation.
It doesn't matter what happened before. Had this been a non-LSU football player (especially a player from UF or Bama) yall would be screaming how thuggish and cowardly it is to hit someone in that manner and celebrate it.

I am neither trying to harass you or claim I know more than you. 1. I joined in oct of last year to see the TM7 stuff. I made one post. It was a joke.
2. I also logged in to see the Hill stuff this time. I only found it prudent to reply b/c of some of the asinine things I was hearing "oral sexual battery on a 14 year old isn't a big deal"

FYI, the media did not view the video. They just reported on what they were told by the police report. But a police report identifying Hill in a video (the quality of which none of us know anything about) does not equal a court of law making the determination that it is evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that Hill is guilty. All we know is there is a supposed video of the situation and disputes about what went down...until there's more, like multiple credible witnesses corroborating the video, there's still a reasonable doubt and that is all it takes. Remember, innocent until proven guilty. This is a lengthy process and they won't jump to conclusions like TD.com does, thank God
