As for Tyrann, even before being kicked off the team, he was not projected to be a first round pick because of his measurables. I'd argue that his issues didn't seem to hurt him in the slightest in terms of his draft ranking. 3rd round seems about right for an undersized corner with questionable cover skills. Time will tell if he makes it as a player.
And I believe the Cards are going to put him as a FS, let him be a ball hawk.

That is incorrect. He was projected to be a first rounder. It has been spoken about on ESPN during the entire draft.
The same ESPN that projected Manti Te'o to be in the middle first round, the same ESPN that projected CLM to go to Michigan, the same ESPN that makes erroneous claims all the time for the sake of people like you talking about their claims?

Because hes not a pussy and beat the dudes arse.
So let me get this straight.......because he beat the guy's arse, he decided it was better for him to go to jail, than to file a complaint against the person who "started" the fight and made him defend himself? THAT is you theory?

IF he wasn't the one who started the fight, they would NOT HAVE ARRESTED HIM and ONLY him!
Wake up kid! If witnesses there would have told cops the other guy was at fault, they would have told JH to go home!

The cops picked up Hill from his home FWIW.

Well, obviously, this is wrong. More times than not, the guy that gets hurt is the "victim" no matter who started it. That's the way it is, and it sucks.

Frankly, I'm hoping the charges are upgraded after seeing what a little coward he truly is after watching that video.
Can't believe all the Hill defenders haven't pounced on this guy like I got bombarded last night

The entire culture of thuggery is counter-productive for the individual and society. As Barney Fife would say....nip it! Undisciplined players have a harder time in life in general as well as succeeding on the grid iron. I feel empathy for them, but you know what I think about excuses!

So you saw the video too?

Unless he works for the BRPD, I doubt it

I have not seen it. but know who the victim is and know people that were there. Also have family in law enforcement in the area.
Not that I'm some super sleuth or anything I've just heard video is damning

One person above all is the motto for some here apparently

Feel free to link a draft projection that had him listed as a first rounder prior to his removal from the program.
While Tyrann was an incredible player...one of the most exciting I've seen in 30+ years of watching LSU football, his measureables were always going to be an issue when projecting to the next level. In fact, someone posted a good piece on EXACTLY this issue yesterday I think. Part of it addressed the issues with his discipline, but most of it addressed the football issues...that finding a sport for him to flourish could be an issue.
While his disciplinary actions certainly caused him trouble in terms of the perception about him with NFL teams, I don't think it hurt his draft stock all that much. At the end of the day, he was drafted based on his skill set.

As Shorty would say,"It's time to move on."

So how will you guys feel when Hill is practicing with the team in the fall?

I know Detillier is no genius but this is the first article I found. Most other draft projection sites update their picks

Glad he will be able to help the team.
how will you feel when he isn't?

I hope I am wrong. I really do. But if the video shows what has been reported then I can't see how Les will be able to keep him.

Charges will be dropped. Life will go on.
