I deal with probation recovation hearings from time to time. It just might be time to teach this kid a lesson early on in his life. The team still has a few good running backs. No one is above the team. We'll see how it plays out.

How about you frick off. Who said that Hill is above the team?? If in fact the frat kid called Hill the " N " word then the punk got what he deserved. There is NO PLACE for racist bullshite like that in this world and this is coming from a white guy btw. Hill isn't going to learn " Any Lessons" as you said by getting kicked off the team. Nobody knows exactly what happened that night except for the people that were there. If the frat guy was drunk and looking for trouble, and then found it by calling Hill the N word then he got what he deserved. If Hill instigated the fight then it's a different story. We will find out soon enough. If I was black guy and some white guy called me the N word then I would split his skull open each and EVERY time that it came out of his mouth. Getting kicked off the football team wouldn't change that

Everyone wanted JJ kicked off the team because he sucked as a QB
That statement is just false.
Most of the same people that wanted JJ's head, want Hill's head too. And TM7.

Not sure what their reasoning is to get this vocal without all the facts.

They either:
1. Hate successful black athletes.
2. Hate CLM.
3. Are fans of a rival team and are just stirring the pot.

The fact some of these people seem to want these players to be guilty before seeing the evidence makes me question their motives and why they even post here...

I don't know maybe you are right. Trying to inject logic around here is usually a lost cause.

There's a better than even chance that you'll get to see the probation system at work, first hand, with your internet badass self, should you ever actually follow through with your statements.

I'm no Internet badass. I said that IF I was a black guy and someone called me the N word then I would kick their arse each and every time it came out of their mouth. I'm not either so I'm not sure what you mean.

This is the second time Jeremy has been involved with the criminal justice system. He's not getting the message here. The football team can and will move past him if he doesn't get his act together and grow up. I hope for his sake he get's it this time because this cycle can just continue to repeat.

Whats funny is in police statements they have said he punched it in the side. Who do you believe?

Get out of here with that.... As posted above you fall into one of the following three categories.

quote:

1. Hate successful black athletes.
2. Hate CLM.
3. Are fans of a rival team and are just stirring the pot.

We've done this song and dance many times over the past few years and it's getting embarrassing. Did anyone else see the discussion on Saturday during the draft regarding Simon? The sky isn't falling but the way the media covers these types of things makes the program look like a joke.

No it doesn't. LSU football is still highly rated TV, players and coaches are beating down the doors to be apart of the program. It's far from a joke.

True it's his second time, but the first was when some skanks dad got pissed and filed charges because his daughter was suckin the dude. And this situation where you don't even know the circumstances. Calm down with the slippery slope business... if the dude provoked Jeremy like I think he did, then there is nothing criminal. There is nothing criminal about this dude's character, people are quick to grab the torches around here

Why is it that Hill didn't file a complaint with the police if the frat guy attacked him?

It is more logical to think that Hill was the aggressor since he ended up in cuffs. The cops were there and wouldn't let them leave the scene.

So the cops are there, they talked to all involved (including witnesses), and they arrested Hill and not the other guy....If that is the scenario and you talk down ANYONE who assumes Hill is the aggressor, then you are an idiot.

lemme guess, BRPD hates LSU

He'll be on the team by fall practice. This is just a misdemeanor. It won't cause his probation to be revoked and will only result in a fine. However, they will extend his probation and add stricter conditions so that it can not happen again. He probably will be prohibited from frequenting places that serve alcohol. Also, he probably will have to do some punishment drills for Les.

Because hes not a pussy and beat the dudes arse.

Every fight has a winner every fight has a loser. Some losers are just more bigger wusses about it.

BRPD does hate LSU and once again Hillar Moore and BRPD are taking a bar fight way too far instead of doing their jobs and cleaning up North Baton Rouge. I get it though its a lot easier to make yourself feel like billy bad arse arresting a 20 year old CFB player than going out and investigating real crimes.

In their slight defense in the previous one the injuries were more extensive and someone needed to be arrested. Still taking 50 pairs of shoes was ridiculous.

All of this, unless the charges get completely dropped, which is a possibility.

Not really a huge deal when it's between 2 high schoolers and is only a misdemeanor.
