LSU over Baylor?

A friend of mine is a huge Baylor fan. I would take LSU over Baylor any day due to our defense. Who would you take this year and why?

This gimmick offenses seem to sputter when teams are given time to prepare for them.
I am assuming this matchup would occur in a bowl game, which I would give a big edge to LSU.
