LSU is easy money even though we probably lose. We're playing much better now than we were for Bama last year and we lost by 10 (call it 17 if home/away is flipped).

Meh, I bet CBS still chooses to air the game even if it's a mismatch B)

I'll take that bet Mr. Las Vegas! $100.00 dollars worth.

Sounds about right actually

Yeah, if this was 2 teams we had no attachment to (like in Vegas' case), it's a pretty easy thing to predict.

LSU: up and down team, major weaknesses are both lines of scrimmage, has a not-so distant history of playing Bama well.

Bama: huge depth at both lines, loves a power run game, coach is good at focusing his team and pinpointing opponent's weakness.

Saban will make his team believe LSU is better than anyone on this board claims, that we are a major threat that they need to be 100% ready for. Will remind them of 10-0, 9-6, 16-10 OT, etc. Will present Auburn game as evidence we are surging, and that early leads are not enough. Will use A&M game to yell at team that they aren't as good as they think they are, and challenge them to do better.

We could not contain Ole Miss' inside runs. Bama will (likely) run for 300 yds up the gut, and not shut it down on offense until mid 4th quarter even if ahead comfortably.

I'd say if we could have sneaked up on them, we'd have a chance. But as I said, their A&M game and our Auburn game will prevent that from happening.

LSU's run defense with Gilmore and lacouture starting and No Faith in Danny Etling having to take his game to a whole new level to win this. Yeah that spread seems about right.

My main concern this year is not the young offensive line but the Dline stopping their run game. Last year we had Neal, Godcheax, Duke Riley and Arden Key was playing out his mine. This year our Dline just has no depth and other then D.White we don't have another Riley type linebacker.
