It got vanilla for a while
I think it may have something to do with our personnel at QB.

When has play calling not been vanilla when we have a young quarterback playing on the road. It was last year in the SECC game and will continue until the quarterback is comfortable with more plays in the play book. They don't want to put the burden for winning the game on a young quarterback. Once it appeared that we couldn't win without Lee making big plays, he was asked to do more. He responded and we were successful.
