The one reason Harris failed to see the field the 2nd half of last year was that Les has pressure on him to win, which of course he failed to do anyway. He thought the chance for winning some of the late games, as in Arkansas and Notre Dame, was much more of a pressing need than developing a qb without experience. Turnovers are killers when you have the shittest offense in the SEC, and Harris would make some big plays, and likewise turn over the ball over more than Jennings.

BH should transfer if he ever wants to start, or wait for Jennings to get knocked up in the 5th row. There will be even more pressure on Miles from the TAF to win this year even moreso than last year. Any day now AJ will get an all clear signal from the DA's office, and once again take the reins of an offense overstocked with premiere athletes, and LSU will suffer from it. :rimshot:

I'll give you and upvote, but I'll believe it when I see it.
BH has no one to blame other than himself if he doesn't take off this season. (Obv outside injury)

How much experience did Jones have playing in games

Are you seriously suggesting that a redshirt sophomore's experience in the system, familiarity with the playbook, and his familiarity with his wrs is the same thing as a true freshman's experience in the system, familiarity with the playbook, and familiarity with his wrs?

Im almost positive he has never said AJ played well last season. All he has said is that it's not impossible for AJ to improve as a qb from year to year.

Holy shite. So being in a system and studying the playbook for 2 years gives you zero advantages against a true freshman qb? You can't be serious.

What? Most of the time a Junior qb with 13 starts will play better than a true sophomore with 1 start.

I'm assuming you had similar discussions on here when Jarrett Lee was playing.
Did you offer him the same assumption?

Rickdaddy, you are one dumb son of a Rick!

Nothing I said was dumb

JaMarcus ' s 2006 season was good
Flynn's 2007 season was good
JJ'S 2009 season was good ( 17 td -7 ints 61.7% compl 137.8 qb rating)
JLEE and JJ'S 2011 seasons was good
Mett's 2013 season was good. I'm sorry those facts prove that your opinion is bullshite

23 qb's in 5 years??? That's a common thing

23 qb's out of 227 isn't common. It's the outlier.

Yes I did. JLee had talent but he was used horribly under Crowton. Anybody with football knowledge could see that JLEE didn't handle the blitz well in 2008 and Crowton never called any roll outs or screen plays to keep the line from pinning their ears back. I've repeatedly said JLEE shouldve remained the starter in 2011. I believe any young and inexperienced qb can improve

Me too.
However Lee seemed to at least display flashes of good qb play in 2008. And obv he improved.
AJ best effort IMO came vs ark when Mett went down.

I've seen little to no improvement since then.

The thing is LSU has a great enough defense that it's actually more beneficial to have the guy who produces more offensive productivity. Even if that comes with turnovers.. At least more scores come.. Plus Jennings was the guy turning the ball over nearly every game any ways.

Miles has to change his offensive philosophy of trying to grind out every game and win every game at the end.. We need to get the confidence and trust back that if our talented players turns it over.. He can make it up the next drive because of confidence.

All this lack of trust and playing tight is becoming so taxing on the players. We need to get back to curb stomping inferior opponents.. Even the inferior SEC schools.

Yep. Ricky Jefferson over Jamal Adams. Quentin Thomas over Godchaux. Feist over Beckwith. Why won't we learn!
