These lists are based on surveys and someone correct me if i'm wrong, but the surveys are not entirely centered around drinking, but drug usage. For example, have you used drugs at a party, did you see someone using drugs at a party?
I believe that OM should definitely be on there. They are having problems at that school in terms of drinking and drugs. They had a guy kill a cop there, a frat guy fell out of a tree and died. The cop getting killed had to do with drinking. The guy that fell i don't know. Recruit for the football team got caught with the intent to sell ecstasy.
That's also why they started cracking down in the grove about drinking.

I think barry may have something. Not sure exactly what criteria are used for "party school", but if it's drinking......LSU and UW-Madison (the badgers) both have to be in the top 5.

The guy who killed a cop in Oxford ran a road block in the middle of the Square. Imagine putting a road block down Bourbon Street. You could arrest EVERY driver. Cops there are the Gestapo. You DO NOT drink and drive in Oxford. They'll give you a ticket walking out of a bar drunk. I shite you not. That place sucks.

Can't remember if he had drugs in his system or not, but definitely innebriated -sp.
Cop pulled him over and the guy didn't know the cop was caught on his truck, and tried to run off and dragged the cop to death.

The frat boy was three times over the legal limit. Well he actually was a freshman at a house before rush started. My roommate 1st semester was there as well and saw it all happen. Pretty shaken up. Also I want to say the kid that killed the cop had cocaine in his system, but I'm really not sure about that at all. Definately very drunk though.
Ole Miss is up there though as much thanks to party drug use as drinking.

he was either coked up or drunk, he wouldn't be both
