I get that, because we have superior talent.
I’m thinking about the future here. When the talent is equal it’s be nice to have practiced an actual offense against these lesser teams.

Last year we were 4th in the country. Year before that 12th. Do you want offensive efficiency or just screens and cutting to make you feel better?

They need him for sure. This game wouldn’t be as close probably. But the lack of inside defense is worrisome, so is the team’s inability to defend against the dribble drive. Plus we’re playing at home and have a 2-week advantage on Nicholls as to the last game either team played.

Just noticed smart on the bench for the first time...so he can’t play but he can be on the bench in the arena? Doesn’t make much sense to me, should be all or nothing. Wade said he feels fine he’s just in the “protocol”

Which is why it’s so concerning that we have 2 guys on the bench that are 6’11 and 7’0. And neither of them are serviceable enough to get 5 minutes in a game against Nicholls State.
