Anyone who says this while we have the 7th ranked recruiting class actively has no idea what they are talking about.

These numbers are not accurate. Even if they were, they're meaningless. Phil Knight doesn't donate to the collective at Oregon, he just buys players directly. Same with Underwood/Ellison at Michigan.

How the hell is Alabama only at $16,000,000? I've worked throughout the state of Alabama and I can confirm there are some extremely wealthy Bama fans out there.

Oh boy. These rankings are like political polls. BR and lsu even thinking they have the money of Phil knight, Ellison, Texas oil money etc. is impressive. The level of delusion regarding LSU and nil funding are the same people that think going to 30A is a vacation.

The ones that say this don’t contribute to NIL funding, dog is named Mike, work night shift at the mill and has a LSU tattoo

Shh, let them believe that if we pool all our money together we can compete with multibillionaires.

The math doesn’t math, but let them believe it lol.

LSU signed 3 5*. No one else had more than 4. If Texas, Oregon, and Michigan really had the advantages everyone seems to believe they have, they would have dominated recruiting to a far greater degree. They were able to win a few key recruiting battles with the extra funds, but they weren’t able to overspend and outspend on every recruit.

LSU has money, they can dig from very deep pockets. They might not be able to do dollar for dollar, too donor on top donor, but there's money, and I'm not talking about Gordon or Graves either. There's old money, from political war chests from way back when, still floating around out in the ether, and some of it still has LSU ties.

Yeah, but we have multiple sports we are good at and have to spread the money. Baseball, football, gymnastics and WBB
Some schools are only good at one sport

If it is true, it only goes to show that they don't know what to do with the money. If they're really #3 in funding, why are they paying 1AA players to sign? Why aren't they going after 4 and 5 star portal transfers? This is all bs. They couldn't touch Michigan when the real money showed up.
