You may think you're sounding smart, but you really just sound like a douche who spends all day reading t-nation or other fitness websites.

Get off the keyboard and go work as an athletic trainer or strength coach in the real world before you make these ridiculous posts.

are you trying to say LSU has more injuries than other programs?

I'm not quite sure I even understand the point you're trying to make.

Terrible post. I worhed fit DJ Ortho years ago selling ACL braving for years. There’s absolutely nothing to do to prevent certain tears. I could go on and on but I won’t but this post is ignorance

Perhaps this is common knowledge, but I noticed recently that Moffit was hired a couple of months after Saban. I'm assuming that one of Saban's initial hires was to bring in Moffit and we've been blessed with having one of the best in the business for almost 20 years now.

The body’s ability to develope elasticity takes a good 2 years. We have no clue what the high school training at each high school looks like. Some just get dumped into the weight room, but the foundation starts w muscle elasticity and tendon strength before focusing on strength and speed.

This seems counterintuitive for football which is shear strength and speed but YOGA, as Eddie George implemented and several others Implement (we used to do it) is one measure to reduce injuries. Can’t prevent Injuries but we have had a lot.

Patrick Peterson if you recall had the worst cramps.

Most of you on here will get a Total Knee Replacement and it won’t be because you injured your knee when you were 50, your habits from high school will lead you to surgery. Your body can only handle so much without proper alignment and recovery.
