Here is about what the selection committee uses to seed teams come selection time. Things are starting to look really good for the Tigers. I was hoping for a top 4 seed Saturday but I truly feel if that mock selection show was done Sunday we would have been a 4 seed. Still lots of chances to move to a 3 or 4 seed the rest of the way.

This past Saturday means nothing. The real season is starting. Lsu will be anywhere from a 3 seed to a 7 seed. I personally think they go 5-3 and draw a 6 seed.

Not a huge difference between 4-5 seeds and the quality of teams we would face. Getting up to a 3 seed or falling to a 6 would be huge.

That's just completely wrong. As of now, it was LSU's 5th Q1 win.

If LSU goes 5-3 I think they end up better than a 6 seed to be honest.
Saturday did mean something because it was the actual committee doing a mock. It shows the types of things they are considering to be stronger vs weaker.
Personally to me it tells me they are looking more at the "predictive ratings vs the result based ratings because LSU is crushing it in the result based... Our KPI, QRI and RPI are all top 4 seed. I think our numbers look really good though and should warrant a 4 seed as of today. Lots of opportunity ahead to get into the talk for 3 seed. Pretty sure a 3 seed is our ceiling right now unless you can somehow beat Tenn and UK.

Yeah, stacking wins against top 30 NET teams is irrelevant. What if we had lost that game?

Only 3 Quadrant 4 games is really good scheduling by Wade & Co. Only 5 Quadrant 3 games as well, 2 of which we had no choice in (SEC).
