Da FUK you say?

I thought the computers were still factored into the equation in the new playoff system?
Apparently, they aren't. Thus, my question mark at the end of my original sentence.

The question is does LSU have to win them all? The answer is no. Many scenarios could play out with LSU being a 1 loss sec champion in the play off.

The sad fact is Bama lost early which is always better than losing late, which is exactly why the hacks at the league office make the back end of their schedule soft

that's not true. It doesn't matter when bama loses. It didn't matter in 2011 did it? I'm telling you, Bama could lose to LSU and still be in the discussion as long as there aren't 4 undefeated teams. It's almost as if bama is allowed 1 loss more than the rest of the country.....of course they call it whining, but it's reality. The media and public perception plays a huge role, and there are some dumb people out there who are followers...if they hear it, then it must be true....it still amazes me that talking heads tend to focus on only bama's good games and pay no attention to the poor games...yet when looking at LSU....as well as other teams...they focus only on the bad: "well, LSU only beat Florida by 7...and struggled with Syracuse...etc...". Wisconsin has turned out to be an awful team....but bama struggled with them...and Georgia still hasn't beaten a team with a winning record....but that was an impressive win.

Well, if Bama loss to us, they would have 2 losses, not one.

way too early for these threads. At least wait till everyone has 3 or 4 games left, and we still will not know.

Agreed. I don't understand the angst over all this, at this point. I can see, with 1 or 2 games left, running through all the scenarios, but it's WAY too early for this. Waste of mental energy, at this point.
