UT has better ranked wins than UGA. UGA gets the first extra shot because u beat UT. i dont think it buys you a second shot cause UT beat LSU.

You're more than welcome to think what you want, but you're wrong. It happened last year. The committee wants the 4 best teams, you can't argue that UGA isn't one of them. Unless UGA loses to Kentucky or GT, they're in regardless of winning the SECCG.

Your logic doesn’t make sense and LSU has played more than 3 ranked teams….

FSU
UT
Bama
Ole Piss

UT was ranked #8 when we played them...

But not as strong as T and that is possibly what keeps LSU out even if we beat Ga. ST lost the fsu game and that is what could be our downfall....although I don't see anyone, including LSU, beating Ga.

Oregon is a way lesser team than Alabama...if we want to add the score factor UGA almost lost to Missouri and were not dominant against Kent State like they shoud have been. Both teams havent been ranked the whole season.

You are WAY over-valuing Alabama. They were outplayed by Ole Miss and Texas and scraped by A&M. Ole Miss is their only quality win. They aren’t 43 points better than Oregon.

Missouri and Kent St were throw away games that the defending champions just didn’t get motivated to play. They showed that by pounding the two ranked teams they have played. Tennessee had their own close calls against Pitt and Florida. None of that really tells us anything.

Bama played most of Texas and all tamu games without BY and won. Imagine UGA and UT without starting QBs...

UGA doesnt get a pass for stuggling, those games count against them...UT struggled with better teams that were ranked at some point.

It tells us UGA record has less value and if they loose their extra game at the end of the season they go third in the pecking order.
