That's the amount each team is getting from the NCAA distribution of revenue that should have gone to the schools originally. Each SEC school will get approximately $20.5 million.

No they don't. That was based off of some article with artificial numbers. It was basically ranking what they thought every team could have if they went all in.
On that same list you are ranking, Oregon wasn't in the top 10. That should be a clue to everyone reading that it's bullshite. But once again, a rantard takes something they WANT to believe, accepts it as absolute fact, and now other rantards will blindly follow.
