We’ve had a month of practices and interviews. We’ve had a spring game of gameplay to dissect. That means way-too-early conclusions to be drawn.

Tight ends
Starter: Stephen Sullivan

Fullback: Tory Carter

Offensive guard
Left: Adrian Magee

Right: Damien Lewis

He seems to be a flex WR. They are putting him everywhere. He would be a hoss at TE though.

Sullivan will only play TE on flex situations when we’re passing the ball. Expect TK McClendon to be the blocking guy. Also when ed Ingram is back he will be the other starting OG

They will have FLEX TE and In line TE, 2 totally different positions.

Sullivan, Moss and sometimes Pettigrew will be that Flex TE out wide

Sometimes Pettigrew, McClendon and Moffitt will be the in line TEs (or "Blocking" TEs)

FLEX TE = basically WR, what Evan Engram played at Ole Miss...jumbo WR

You obviously haven't heard that LSU has a new passing game coordinator.

McMath could play that flex, too. He's massive.

McMath is my sleeper breakout player this year. Jefferson, Chase, Sullivan, and Marshall seem to have locked up the WR spots so far. McMath in that flex spot could be deadly.

I would hope Dee Anderson gets in the mix this season. Seems to be as talented, or more talented, than any of them. Big catching radius with good hands and good speed. Hope whatever problem he has been having has been worked out because he could be an asset and play maker for this offense

Is this just the opinion of the writer of this article or this based on something? I think it would be Pettigrew.

don't have a problem with that, but if Ingram returns (would be a big boost the oline talent level if he does) he will be starting.

Regardless, it is good to see some other names in the mix
