Wow. Came to read about positive stuff from the first spring practice ... instead I get 4 pages reminding me about how many times Lee threw for -6. I think I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.
Let that shite rest. It's 2009. We taking over in this bitch! SEC Champs ... National Champs! Let's get it!

Why again are we bashing Lee before the season starts? Amazing, some of these people are either very young and inexperienced in the ways of football or just plain idiots. Possibly keeping up with spring practice will be horrid if this keeps up.

I'm a Jefferson fan because of the fact that he takes care of the ball. In his 2 starts he has thrown 0 interceptions. Tell me that last time that LSU went two games straight without throwing a pick? Its been a while.

he'll need to come in in a tight spot and lead the team to victory...a la Auburn last year.
To be fair, his "coming in" was a large reason that LSU was in a tight spot to begin with.

I respect and admire JL for not transferring, and for his attitude all of last year.
But looking good in practice and looking good in games are 2 different things. I dont care if JL looks sharp in practice- JJ has earned the right to start based on his game-performances last year, unless he's out of shape, etc.
We will need JL as a backup in case JJ gets hurt for a spell (which is likely to happen at some point).

not really, but if he continues to improve he likely will be the starter.

Miles on TV said JJ would get all snaps at #1.
He is our starter.RS ran the second team JL was not even shown 3rd string.
the competition is JJ vrs. RS!

The reality, also from Miles: “But if we had to play a game today, absolutely, (Jefferson would start).”
