How do you know what happened?? How do you know JJ wasn't physically assaulted and or felt physically threatened?? Do you know what the facts are in this situation?? I'll tell you one thing, if someone is in my face verbally abusing me and antagonizing me to point where the only way to end it, you better believe I'm going to knock the shite out of you to shut your arse up. If you're going to talk shite to the face of a college QB that happens to be 6'5" just because you think he's not going to lay you out then that kid deserved whatever beat down that he got.

Personally I disagree. People have to learn to treat people with respect and they're not going to do that without learning a lesson (possibly the hard way). On the other hand it's not very bright to be teaching people lessons while the spotlight is on. Hope this doesn't cost him the opener. I want both coaches putting out their best.

The verbal comments must be recorded or evidenced by another, and then the physical response must be proportional to the comments....again you know this.

I don't know how any true LSU fan could be happy if JJ gets suspended or arrested.
We have a game with a top 5 team in 15 days.
We need all hands on deck for this big game.
If JJ gets suspended for the Oregon game, it's hard to see that as a positive.
The people betting on this game sure as hell won't see it as a positive and you can bet the line will move in Oregon's direction by a minimum of 2 to 3 points if our starting QB gets suspended.
