This truly is rich. 1% of 125,000 people (or about 1250) on campus for a big game at MOST are vulgar and rude. The other 123-124,000 people are either 1. Nice (inviting you for food/drinks at tailgates), 2. Good-natured (smiling 'Tiger Bait' but still welcoming and eager to talk football) or 3. Don't even look at you or bother you or know you're there - which I think is the vast majority.
It is demographically IMPOSSIBLE to say that AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

Haha great story. My roommate last year was from birmingham so a lot of his Bama friends stayed at our place for the game. After the game all i could think to my self was the only thing better than beating bama is beating bama with bama fans at your apartment. They bitched about our fans cursing at them (like other team's fans cursing at you is some new bayou invention) for a while then drove all the way back to Tuscaloosa that night.

The bottomline is that if you don't have thick enough skin to take a loss on the road and the cussing and picking on that is ensued, you probably shouldn't go.

It is funny though because the majority aren't even being hostile. It is usually teasing in a good way, our way and crybabies take it as some aggressive action on them. Whether it is vulgar or not with tigerbait, it is our way and it isn't meant to be hostile. If you can't accept the native way, stay your arse home.
