Yes, just be cordial, you might be on someone's spot they have tailgated for years. I like y'all a lot. Great crowd but lsu fans not all, some, always taking marked tailgate spots and parking spots, acting like they were never marked. I have this problem every year you are here. If you just ask, I'd be more than happy to share. Have fun

Eta. Just don't park on campus before four. And I wouldnt have tents, just your stakes and tape and maybe a chair. Until four.

What about a large Cooneys banner? Wait to put that one up too?

Just an FYI. Marking parking spots is not allowed per your own rules. And when someone's tape blows away, it isn't my fault.
<---- got a reserved pass this year so the truck doesn't get vandalized like it did in 2010

Actually the spots I do, are able to. I'd rather not get Into it. Like I said have fun, I believe you said you are from the area, so you know what to expect. I might stop by and bring y'all something. What should I look for, again?

Just come on by. It'll be 6 purple tents with an American flag flying.

Yea, I'll be off the golf course around 1 so we'll probably just head to campus then and claim our spot

We're going to take whatever spot we want, bitch.

Threads like this always reminds of the fun of the road. Last year I ended up leaving for sec champ at around midnight on a wim. Just gives me the itch

Del Greco said this morning that Auburn fans heard that LSU fans are coming in droves, motivated the plainsmen to show up for the game. Del Greco said expect auburn to be packed this weekend. "This is still LSU/Auburn and with all the history of this matchup, we must defend our turf"

thought the prime Aubie spot was the open area next to the stadium. I belive there is some company that does turnkey tailgates with everything already setup with a TV. I believe its next to the amphitheater
My Brother & Sister in law have a spot here (My nephew attends AU) Anyway, not too sure the exact cost but I know they do not get the "TV" package every game as the cost is ridiculous. I'll see if I can find out what they spend. They said the best thing about it was being able to pull right up and the Tailgate Guys have people that unload your stuff and bring it right to your tailgate spot.

Golfer - where were you parked? I am worried about my wife's truck getting fricked with.
Also, is this the same group from the SEC Championship last year?

Golfer, you're intelligent enough to know stuff like that is a freak occurrence.

I've been coming since 98 and have never had anything fricked with. This is why I asked where he (golfer) was parked (I know Wire Rd near where the Frats tailgate would not be a real smart place to park?)
I have an Alabama tag that is related to LSU..so I cannot remove this.

Yeah parking on Wire Rd is probably the only spot I'd be concerned about parking if I were you.
If you're getting here early enough I'd suggest the library parking deck or paying $15 to park at the Auburn Methodist Church.
