Same here, if they keep winning in the Big 10, I'll move them into the top 10.

Virginia Tech is overrated by everyone IMO. Where would they be without the miracle win at home against Nebraska? Cincinnati I know nothing about but I'm pretty sure hasn't played anyone. Miami is a joke

Top 10 is for this year, by defination there must be 10 teams. Its not an objective truth just the rankings for this year. But by all means post your own top 10.

IMHO only 2 teams have really seperated themselves. I have those teams #1 and #2.

Probably not, but if you were a voter and you thought you had them too high to begin with, and then LSU displays that anemic offense, it's almost justified.

You did a poor job of justifying. Oh, and a request, please don't do umteen intersperses between my comments and yours. I promise I can keep up it a lot better if you don't do that and makes it next to impossible for me to copy and paste it back into my response. That works fair for one cycle but gives me no reasonable chance to repost it in a viewable manner.

How would you have voted, hotshot? I kept LSU in the top 10 just because I don't think Iowa is very good but LSU's stay in the top 10 will be over in a couple of weeks anyway.

That was sarcasm on the rankings. I also said if you ever read the entire message that "polls are foolish until the middle of October." Hey if everyone else gets to quote bogus rankings so do I. The bottom line is that FSU was a bogus team that shot Miami near the top of the rankings. Ironically, it wasn't when Miami beat them but the next week when FSU clocked BYU. Since FSU won that game, they have lost at home to S. FLorida without their starting QB and gave up a billion points to GA Tech and lost that game.

There is NOTHING embarassing about Georgia.

They arent a very good team. Yea, I didnt mean to call them terrible but they arent a very good team. stop focusing on that as a way to try to say they are a quality win, because they arent. They are a 3-3 team that just got destroyed by what could maybe be one of the worst in the
SEC.

You also mentioned LSU lucking out due to the penalty...of course this is ridiculous.

I dont actually believe in luck, i was trying to show you that I could make the same argument as you did when you said Va tech needed luck to win.
Va Tech made plays and won because they were better.

LSU clearly belongs in the top 10 at this point. Once again, IF you are to trust ratings at this point which I don't but that is the topic, their ONLY loss was to #1 Florida by 10 points. The Vegas line on the game was either 9 or 10 points. Game played = expected outcome. For that loss, some people say they aren't a top 10 team? Utter and complete nonsense! Now, if LSU loses next to Auburn, then they have 2 consecutive losses and Auburn does not appear to be a great team after the loss to Arkansas, which that "terrible team" Georgia beat BTW at Fayetteville.

Actually I think things out rationally. You however are clearly very biased like a typical SEC homer who cant expand his mind that college football is played well throughout the country.

I just want you to know exactly what I am responding to in your posts. Its not that hard to copy and paste.

If you just watch all of LSU's games do you honestly think they're a top 10 team? I've seen better offenses in the Sun Belt.

It's one of the worst offenses in the entire country. That is one of the main reasons they didn't even receive consideration to be ranked.

LSU has neither player like a top 10 team, or beaten any quality teams to justify their ranking. If it wasnt for the name LSU they would be top 15-20 at best.

They run plays that you wouldn't even try in NCAA '10. That option to the short side of the field is fiya.

for not posting umteen comments this time in 1 message. I can maneuver this one. First, you seem fixated on GA's loss without any regard to their wins. They beat Ark @ Fayetteville which I bet Auburn would take right now. They beat ASU which is not a bad team by any stretch and they beat S. Carolina which may be ranked by the bogus ranking system that I am using because everyone else is using it. Georgia is a bowl team this year and is probably a top 30 team at the end of the season. Once again, LSU did not luck out against GA as proven by many more First Downs, much more yardage, much more time of possession, and the fact they led almost the entire game. FSU which Miami built their reputation on is a JOKE. They are 2-3 having played probably a worse schedule than Georgia...the end of the season will prove me right on that. Losing @ OSU is no shame and losing to LSU which should be IMO a top 10 team is no shame either. Only the loss to Tenn was a bad one. In 6 games, that ain't bad to have played one bad game.

Guy one cycle of copying and pasting is easy as you said. But to keep everything in context, I would have to go to 2 levels of quoting. I can assure you that is not very pretty. I know how to copy and paste and do it all the time but few people break it up into so many pieces and then expect answers back to your points which now are drilled down about 3 levels with my newest response:

1st level -- my comment
2nd level -- your comment
3rd level -- my newest comment

Just summarize my comments if you are going to do it in umteen pieces and I will point out if you make an inaccurate statement.

I have never mentioned FSU except to tell you that I hadnt mentioned them.

Alright. We wont really know until the end of the season I guess. Im just going on what we have right now since the rankings occur right now. And right now the only good team they beat is south carolina.

So theyve beaten a good team and lost to a shitty team and are 3-3. OU, Ga Tech > georgia.
