LSU Depth Chart (Citrus Bowl and End of Season) [4 images]

Images 1-2 updated to reflect the departures of DeMario Tolan and Anthony Bradford and the additions of Duce Chestnut and JK Johnson at CB.
Images 3-4 updated after the Citrus Bowl to reflect actual positions and walk-on participation. For example, Mike Jones was the #2 Sam, not the Jack. Question marks have been added for those who did not play.
Predictions:
• Greg Penn moves to Mike, Harold Perkins moves to Will, and we see don't see much of the true 3-4 next season.
• Zy Alexander (6-3, 185) moves to the "Buffalo" Nickel.
• Emery Jones moves inside to RG, and Zalance Heard takes over at RT.
• Greg Clayton receives scholarship.
Portal Watch:
• Bryce Langston was fully dressed out for the Citrus Bowl but did not participate, even though Kells Bush and Wes Woodward took reps in Q4.
• Derrick Davis Jr. is still in the portal but remains uncommitted.
• QB seems to remain stable for now, at least until the Spring.
• Still keeping an eye on the O-Line.

• 1 Offensive Lineman
• 2 Linebackers

Agree. Get another CB and OL and get at least 2 LB and I think we're solid.

Adding JK Johnson too. I think DB is set.
Now 1 OL and 2 LBs. see if any quality players in those positions are in portal now or wait until spring. I think we still have some spots just don’t know how many left to fill the roster

There are a few LBs in the portal that fit the profile of being from the South and having more than one year of eligibility remaining.

Anyone have any idea how many we have on scholarship today? We can sign enough transfers/NLI to get to 85. Just wondering how far we are from that.
