Mingo, Montgomery, Reid and Faulk per the link. Who is the fifth?

Bennie Logan is projected to go early 2nd/ late 1st. So with a good year late 1st.
I know this isnt new news. I didn't realize Faulk was a potential 1st next year though. Its clear to see why we should be excited about next year, and these posts from BAMA fans questioning our excitement is laughable.

if Miles blows this one then it will be sad

4 in the top 25(Mingo,Monty,Reid,Faulk)
7 in the top 50(add Mathieu,Logan,Mettenberger)
9 in the top 100(add Wing at 79 and Hurst at 94)
Mathieu,Logan and Mett are all rated in rounds 1/2 and could rise into the 1st. People will question Mett but his talent is definitely 1st round NFL caliber especially the way those guys value and overdraft qbs these days.
Wing at 79 is very high. That's a 3rd round grade for a punter. If he gets that feedback from the NFL people then he's gone. He'll never go higher than that unless someone just blows a gasket and drafts him higher. I guess that's why we went and got Keene this spring.

Meh. Hes a superstar at LSU right now and can have any co-ed he wants right now. As soon as he goes to the NFL, he just becomes another idiot kicker in a pro locker room and probably irrelevant, although collecting a nice check
Theres no big risk of injury so its more likely hed stay a big time college footballer for another year and get a degree before going pro

Think maybe we should watch mett play a sec game before considering him a possible round 1 pick?

Alex Hurst's name has popped up on a few peoples lists also.

Honey Badger according to Dane Brugler.

Using that logic you might as well throw in TM and Mett.

The link is the CBSsports draft prospect list. The 1st page is the top 25 and at the bottom it has the page numbers. Just click 2,3,4 etc. CBS usually does a pretty good job but it's mainly just for fun right now. So much will change.
Agree about Wing and his celebrity status at LSU and have argued the same point with others before. The overwhelming thought by most and from some people fairly close to Wing's situation is that he is eager to leave. Not a fan of class. Not guaranteeing the validity of that since we know how rumors spread but it does make some sense. We didn't sign a 24 year old punter for fun and I doubt a 24 year old punter plans to sit waiting behind Wing. Also you'd have to think with Wing being listed on draft boards(more than just this one) that maybe some of those guys have gotten some word that he may be looking to bolt as well. Some of those guys are very tuned in to these prospects.

I have seen two different mock drafts that have Hurst going in the 1st Round.

No one questions that you should be excited, but you're not locked in to beat Bama.
Multiple people have Mosley, Barrett Jones, DJ Fluker, Chance Warmack, Dee Milliner, Jesse Williams, and Robert Lester as possibilities for the first round.
Multiple people have Bennie Logan, the Badger, Eric Reid, Chris Faulk, Sam Montgomery, and KiKi Mingo as possibilities for the first round. With Tharold Simon being a possible sneak in.
Both teams will be stacked.
