I learned all I need to know from the sCam Newton saga. Regardless of what the NCAA rule book says, the NCAA WILL NOT, do anything that would come in the way of a big money game.

You will never be able to make believe that TM7's eligibility could in anyway be in danger if he isn't involved in anyway or profiting from the actions of others. Of course as we have learned in the Cam Newton situation if its a family member then they are free to do whatever they want.

What is the difference between LSU using him for millions while not paying and small companies making money off him and not paying? At least LSU gave him the scholarship regardless of what happens on the field. Some idiot shouldn't be able to make money of a viral video that got coined into a nickname for a STUDENT athlete. If it was a pro athlete they would get sued, lose, and be put out of business. The guy is taking advantage of the fact that TM7 cannot collect money based on his likeness. I mean how does this not piss people off. The moment TM7 graduates hopefully TM7 can go after his arse for all this money he is making off him. I mean how would you feel if you were famous but poor and everyone else was making money off you?
