The two huge home games, Auburn & Tennessee are both on a Saturday.

ESPN college gameday potential.

No non-sec games? Kind of unique but I trust WW.

Alabama x2
Arkansas x2
Georgia x2
Texas A&M x2
Florida x2

@ Ole Miss
South Carolina
@ Mizzou
@ Mississippi State
Auburn
@ Kentucky
Tennessee
Vanderbilt

Dare I say that's a pretty favorable schedule. 4 of the 5 teams we play twice I would not expect to be top half SEC teams next year (Bama, Arkansas, aTm, UGA), certainly not Top 3/4.

Tennessee, Vanderbilt & Auburn at home is nice, will be some of the better teams in the conference next year.

For once, the SEC schedule looks manageable the first 5 or so games. Ought to be able to get off to a good start in SEC play while breaking in the freshmen.

This! They could very well be 6-2, maybe even 7-1, in conference going into the Miss. St. game, which will be judge for momentum. 2nd half of conference schedule will be tough; but team should hopefully be gelling at that time and playing some of their best ball of the season; so things lay out well for them. They also get a bit of a break in that there is a week separating the AU and KY game with no game in between. Gives some time to rest a little and put in a strong game plan; and we saw last year what Wade can do when he has extended time to prepare for a team.

Also, speaking of schedule, I know some on here have asked recently about possibly of LSU doing an international trip next year. Wade was on with Hester last night and hinted that they will likely do one next summer. He said he would prefer the Bahamas; but is going to leave it open to older players to choose location.

Nope it's on a 2-year basis. The shite storm that was Jones' last season is still haunting us
