May's, Taylor, Smart, Watford are all gone. Days probably stays, but I wouldn't make that promise.

Welcome to NCAA Basketball in the 21st century...

Neither of those are definite, in fact no way Smart leaves unless something drastic changes. Not his position at all right now. Watford will o ly leave to be drafted 1st round.

Williams is the only for sure goner early

I hope you are correct, but I feel that if past history is an indicator, they are all gone. They can stay at LSU and live the life of a college student, missing out on a year of making good money or they can go to the NBA. Worst case in the NBA is you end up at a G-League, making money and playing basketball. You're not on a roster, but if you stay at LSU your not on an NBA roster either. There is no incentive to remain in school unless you have the intention of graduating.

if Emmitt is the only one to leave early, next year will be serious.

Man I hope Emmitt sees the value in another year. Although he’s probably D league ready right now and can start earning a check

agree. I'm guessing having a kid will make him spring for the paycheck though.

it's been said that he's not going unless he's a first round pick. and right now, that's not the case. a lot could change though as the season ends/NCAAT begins.

I get confused when people mention Smart being gone. In no world does Smart get drafted next yr. He has nothing to lose and everything to gain by coming back.

I also think, of the underclassmen, Days has the most to offer the NBA right now. He's a bit undersized but is physical. He's also the definition of a stretch-4 that the NBA has made so vogue lately. I really love his game and think he gets overlooked by many. I think he's more important to next yr's team than Watford/Williams. Obviously just an opinion.

There is not one player on our roster that is ready for the NBA this year. I suppose someone could take a flyer on Watford in the 2nd rd based on potential, but that’s it - and 2nd rd contracts are non-guaranteed.

I hope Emmitt likes Europe, b/c 6’6 PFs are few and far between in the NBA. Granted, if he has a kid to support, then I don’t blame him for going, b/c it’s not like he’s growing anymore next year.

We have a bunch of good college players who, as much as I’d like for them to, probably won’t ever start for an NBA team.

TL:DR - no one should leave early and we should wreck shop next year.

I agree, there are guys that may possibly leave but their games are not totally ready for the NBA. I think Watford has the best chance of the guys that may leave early but I think his growth with another year would make him a lot higher draft pick. Williams, Days and Smart totally need more growth with their games to put themselves in a position to be drafted. If they leave, I wish them all the best and success.

Neither Watford nor Williams should go. Watford is too slow and Emmitt needs offensive work.

Smart won't sniff NBA right now. No one on this team should leave.

Leblanc and Shareef are not centers.

I doubt Emmitt comes back.

Eureka might be a center.

Reality is Watford Williamson Days Leblanc Williams are all SF. Shareef might be a 4.
