They have been good in midweek games and late in SEC (Broussard) Only SEC game they really did good in was Miss State. Other than that Nola and Poche have gone most of the way.

Well that is just false and you should probably stop watching LSU baseball.

Wait, wait, wait, wait, WAIT.

You want Kramer Robertson to not only pitch, but to replace Broussard in the closer role???

Try Broussard as a starter.
We need a solid third starter.
Try Kramer in a midweek and go from there.
Who else do we have to try as a closer?
I think we have tried most people.
If it doesn work we are right back where we started.
No good third starter.
Dang! You guys freak out at trying anything.

You're right in that you can bank on just about every player having pitched in high school.

He is less than a year off from TJ surgery. That's pitching suicide in college.

You are correct.

Do you honestly believe that Mainieri has no idea that Robertson pitched in high school and trying him would be like some kind of epiphany? Do you really believe that a baseball coach who has been in this business for 30+ year and tallied 1,000+ wins doesn't know his team backwards and forwards?

We have a closer. And a damn good one.

I think we have tried most people.

We've tried 4 (Domangue, McCune, Bugg & Broussard) and found a good one.

If it doesn work we are right back where we started.

Well with that theory, lets try shuffling the entire defensive alignment. If it doesn't work, we're right back where we started, right?

No good third starter.

You said that already.

Dang! You guys freak out at trying anything.

Don't post stupidity.

I think Bugg is the best option for third starter at this point.
Give it a shot!
