1-10 in D1’s last projection:

1. Texas - lost last 2 series, 5 of 6 conference games
2. Arkansas - lost 4 of last 5 series
3. Florida State - 2 series vs ranked opponents all season, split them
5. Georgia - LSU is 1 game better vs common SEC opponents even with UGA sweeping Auburn and LSU being swept
6. Auburn - no comment
7. UNC - 2 series vs ranked opponents all season, lost one and split with a rainout in the other
8. Vanderbilt - lost 4 SEC series
9. Tennessee - lost 5 SEC series
10. Clemson - lost 9 of last 12, lost last 3 ACC series

LSU is 3-1 in its last 4 SEC series. 6 series vs ranked opponents and 4-2 in those series. 6-3 in SEC series this year.

LSU has flaws. Most have a lot more.

Should be able to win the series against South Carolina but who knows in this conference.

Yep. Reasonable chance to sweep.

Tennessee at Arkansas will be a big series.

If Tennessee gets swept next week do they get to be a Regional host?

Tennessee isn’t even in the question for a national seed anymore, they are fighting to be a regional host at best now

If Tennessee gets swept next weekend, they're traveling for a regional.

They can only get a national seed if they sweep Arkansas and get some help.

I think their National seed chances ended losing this series to Vandy.
Texas, Arkansas, LSU, Vandy, Georgia, and Auburn are the only ones fighting for national seeds.

Need Casan or whoever the 3rd starter is to be able to consistently find the zone for that to be true.

I have no idea how Oregon State has a higher RPI than us.

They have a worse record (37-12-1 to 40-12), worse SOS (30 to 25), worse record against Q1 (5-8 to 13-10). They jumped 4 RPI spots today after tying RPI 67 Iowa.

They actually cancelled their midweek this past week against RPI 173 Portland following a "mutual decision" which is pathetic. I'm assuming they get some sort of mathamatical bump because they have the no. 2 noncon RPI (given that all of their games are noncon).

The NCAA has to get a new formula.
