Scuba, how has Alex Day looked in the scrimmages?

Day is batting 2-4 with a 2b, 2BB, 1HBP, 2K, 2RBI, in the 3 scrimmages he has played in this fall. He has not made an error in several chances in RF.

He’s my cousin. He passed up a lot of scholarships to walk on at lsu. Both of his parents are Arkansas fans so that makes it even better.

IMO, he's #36 on the team. I need to see more scrimmages to evaluate him and the LHP walk on.

I wish CPM would've selected a JC team to scrimmage instead of UNO like San Jacinto or a quality JC team, might have been more productive from a recruiting standpoint IMO.

Where is the bullpen catcher, Braden Doughty, on your list? Does Day or the LHP walk on have a chance to beat out the bullpen catcher for a roster spot?

With Bryce Jordan leaving, Doughty is on the 35 man roster. One of the walk ons or someone else could join this group if anyone else leaves for any reason.
