I'm a student and I hate that they won't let me sit in the chairbacks during weekday games when there are a ton of open seats.

I find that if you feed em well. They don't bother you.

I get tickets for free, why would I buy them? My point in the post was that it only bothers me when there are a multitude of open seats that will not be used.

This is correct. My seats are in the outfield, but I very rarely sit in the outfield. If you wait until around the 3rd inning, you can easily see who has not shown up in the green seats. Nobody stops you from sitting in those.

I bought mine so I could sit there. Whether they are free to you or not, do not complain that the seats are empty when you do not even plan on buying. I have season tickets and if I can't make it to a game, I try and give them away and if I can't, the seats are empty but still PAID FOR.

And since they are paid for, someone should be using then. Hate to see a PAID FOR seat go to waste ya know.

He's a student, of course they are free, and if no one is there, then there is no reason people shouldn't be allowed to sit there.

Over/under games set at 10 games before someone starts a thread on here complaining about game marshal Ed House.....

I kind of agree with that. But, if I got tickets for free, i'd just be thankful that I got free tickets. But, that's just me.

Then buy them from other people who are selling their season tickets like most of us do. He is complaining about empty PAID FOR seats. Why should I hand them over to someone that does not want to pay for them?

They really aren't free when you consider how much money the student puts into the university, its a right that each student should get IMO
