Yea from Laffy would be almost impossible. I think they are keeping the old bridge open in BR but I doubt the Atch Bridge in Krotz Springs would stay open. And I-10 is most likely going to shut down at some point.

This should be out of the BTR area by tomorrow morning. Shouldn't be an issue here. Delta has zero control over the snow in ATL. You should be fine. May have a delay getting out of ATL though.

I say Delta because it's their hub. I'm assuming they do what they can and work with ATL to keep it running.

Yeah. I don't think the airport will close. If they have to deice the planes and runways it could delay you but they won't shut down the airport unless there is a blizzard sitting on top of the field.
