CURRENTLY MUCH OF INTERSTATE 10 IN AND NEAR LAKE CHARLES, THE I-210 BRIDGE, AND THE U.S. 171 BRIDGE OVER THE CALCASIEU RIVER ARE CLOSED DUE TO ICE. ALL BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES SHOULD IN THE AREA ARE EXPERIENCING ICING CONDITIONS AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED CLOSED.

Welcome. That was updated at 9:11 this morning, so it should be pretty accurate. You won't get through Lake Charles until noon at the earliest it seems.

He's 24. He says he doesn't want to go back and dad is done paying for him to frick off anyway. He says he's gonna try to be a deckhand on a river tugboat now.

I've tried to talk him into going into the military. Maybe just the guard and get free college. He has no interest.
