re: LSU bar in Dallas

Not sure about the sports bar, but try the Dirty Cajun in Arlington. Pretty damn good food. Also, the cajun catfish at Pappadeaux's is awesome. Blackened catfish over a bed of dirty rice with a side of shrimp etouffee. They call it the Mississippi catfish, which is stupid. I grilled the waiter as to why Mississippi and not Louisiana, since it's cajun. He had no answer. Told him I was just messing with him and didn't really expect an answer. In the end, he agreed with me that the name made no sense.
