Back in the 90s the nightly rate at Ventana during the winter & spring was close to 300 & up.
In August of 97 got a room for about 79/night.
Place was very nice. I’d like to see what it looks like now. Tucson has grown a lot in the last two decades.

Great trip out west! + the AZ arse whipping
One of the highlights of the trip was a road trip to Nogales and yes, there were family crossing warning signs on the road (like deer crossing)

I was on call(IT) at my plant, watching game at home. Got called during the 3rd Qtr for an offline printer in the warehouse. I got there, saw the printer, and hit the button to put it back online(fricker was out of paper). Then I went find the workers all in a breakroom listening to the game. I was mad for a second and listened to rest of the game with them, as it was an epic arse Whooping.
