That 1997 interior O-line with McClure and Faneca just steamrolled people with the running game (helped by Herb Tyler, Kevin Faulk, & Cecil Collins, & Rondell Mealey), but Al Jackson, Trey Langley, Louis Williams, & Brandon Winey were really sub-par. Nice post. I dont agree thet we had no decent OTs in that year. Williams and Winey ended up in the pros, however never peaked in college. WIlliams was a four year starter, but lacked the fight that would have made him a superstar. Winey was too worried about other crap to make too much of himself. He only lasted two years in the pros because he was lazy and had too many disctractions.
