I think at least the occasional pick and roll for HVL when we set up our offense would be effective. HVL could then create off the dribble and shoot and she would probably be a more effective passer.
But obviously if Kim wanted that, it would be easy to implement. I guess it’s not her offense and we have the top one in the nation so what do I know? I just think some of our problem against these bigger physical teams is we don’t set enough screens and those we do are halfhearted.

This is what will make this team hard to beat. 5 different players can go off for 20+ in any game. The defense can’t sag on Reese, they can’t double Morrow, they can’t stay out wide trying to stop the 3 point shots. LSU had so many options. If LSU can figure out the defense…. Look out!

Agree 100%. She came to LSU to be point guard, shoot less, assist/distribute more. She is not super fast like Morris, but has done her job on all 3. Two areas that need improvement are defense and turnovers. Give her a chance, give her little bit of time, she was out 4 games. She will get better after each SEC game. She has sacrificed her high scoring to do what our coaching staff has asked her to do, without a single complaint. I don't think she is 100% from her foot injury either. I respect her unselfish play and playing through injury.
