Well hell I don't think (0-8) Grambling St. or (2-10) Jackson St. had much in preventing this. UNT fans act like this guy is similar to Lebron James.

He is probably going to be the best player on the court tonight talent wise. The kid could play anywhere and was considered a likely 1 and done for Missouri a year ago. The NCAA's delayed ruling combined with the lockout made him end up at UNT.

His problem right now is being selfish enough to dominate the game. He needs to be more assertive and force the issue instead of setting up his teammates with open outside looks..

would be big for the team to win these next games heading into conference play and give them some good home crowds early on the conference schedule.

Oh I absoultely agree. The kid is a monster. But I don't think he will beat us all by himself tonight. They'll have to beat us from outside and I don't see that happening with the superb defensive play by Bass, Isaac and Turner.

I am thinking about heading up to Denton and checking the game out. I haven't followed the team much this year yet, but it is a Thursday night and there isn't much else to do. Is UNT any good?

Might be difficult to get tickets.. I know they jacked up the ticket price (for UNT standards anyways) and there should be some decent individual tickets remainig, but if you are looking for a block, probably will be in the upper bowl.

Should be a good game.

The way LSU is playing defense right now, I don't think many players win the game alone. Crowder had a great game for Marquette, and Mitchell is nowhere near as good as Crowder -- yet.

Maybe if we keep winning and become ranked we could get games on CBS and ESPN instead of ESPN3.

don't know if anyone saw this, but Andy Katz wrote a nice little article on the Tigahs.

says we could be on the NCAA Tourney bubble.

Great article, saw it earlier. I think he is right too, I can see us being a bubble squad.

the marquette win will be something that gets us cred.

we need to finish off the non-conference unbeaten, and i'll feel pretty good going forward.

Is this game worthy of driving 30 minutes to go see?
