I’ve gotten a couple downvotes already, so maybe I was imagining things. Anybody got a replay? I could swear I saw somebody playing where the SS normally plays. If that was wasn’t Pearson, who was it? Or am I just old and can’t see shite? Or crazy? Maybe both. 
Either way, great fricking inning by Sheerin. Great fricking outing all around. 1 bad pitch. Let’s see if good Guidry can close it out.

Yeah. But with Evans not comfortable in the starting role, it makes sense to see if he can slide back into that role he was so good in last year.

but it’s Jay, so I expect that kind of shite.

That’s 3 times Big John has gotten on to lead off an inning. 4 times he’s gotten on with no outs. (Last one was after a Yorke single). Those ABs are so crucial. Not gonna play a big part in the game summary, but played a huge part in starting off some of our big innings.
