I refuse to concede to ANY of these teams. We ARE as good, if not better than all of the teams ahead of us. I'm sick of it not showing at times, but, I'm hoping we learn to be intense every practice, every play, every game like the team ranked number 1.

Notre Dame's last NC was in 1988. Notre Dame! They have their own damn network.
Michigan's last NC was in 1997
Ohio St's was in 2002
Southen Cal's was 2004 which was vacated, and their claim on 2003 is tenuous at best. Before then was 1978.
Miami's was in 2001
Oklahoma's was in 2000
Florida St's was in 1999
Nebraska's was in 1997
Georgia's was in 1980
Texas's was in 2004
I'd like to win it every year...I'd love to be on a run like BAMA is on. The thing is, it's unprecedented. No program has done this before...it's just our luck we're in the same division...and we're still holding our own.
Accepting how good LSU has been since 2000 and understanding that success is not the same thing as being only content to remain second fiddle to BAMA. There's just no need to poor mouth what LSU has done during this time frame simply because BAMA has done it better.

I pointed it out so I clearly didn't forget it. It's unfortunate, but it's true.
It doesn't negate our terrific run...it just makes theirs better.
Sometimes that happens. As much as I hate to say it, BAMA has been better. I can regognize that, expect more from LSU ANNNNNNNNNNND respect and appreciate the run LSU has been on as well, because it TOO is unprecedented at LSU and is a better run than anyone OTHER than BAMA in all of college football.

No...I'm not ok with it, and I expect more. I'm not going to be miserable though because I fully recognize just how much success we've had. One can do both you know.

I'm not miserable.
I'm frustrated because we have a chimpanzee IQ level coach who cant get out of his own way.
good god, we have the same problems every year, recognizing that HE is the genesis of those problems isnt being miserable, it's being realistic.
