And that’s why you leave your ace out there. He’s mentally tough enough to work out of a jam. And he did while minimizing the damage.

Give Ant a ton of credit getting out of some serious jams. These dudes don't want their season to end and Ant is from California. He is laboring as well. Got us through 5, going to need someone like Shores to bridge this thing. Someone else gotta step up.

Bring in shores for an inning or two, and let Evans close this bitch out if we have a lead.

If it’s less than 2 run lead, I may start having the debate between Cowan or just letting Shores ride (obviously, dependent on game flow)

If the Tigers blow it tonight, they can kiss Omaha bye bye, IMHO! I believe they take this game but if not, whoa. The Tiger pen ain’t gonna shut down WV. They better play and score like there is no tomorrow. This WV team hits the ball better than the Tigers and guess what; LSU’s pen will give up a bunch on these guys.

LSU needs to score. Then go Shores, Cowan and the Evan’s.

I know it is a risk, but I would go to Evans. Up by 2 and would rather him try and win it by himself than him and other relievers tomorrow
