I'd like to see UC Irvine get eliminated as well as Texas. While we're at it, would be nice to see Rice eliminated too.

i'd rather irvine win, making ole miss travel to irvine for the supers and then for irvine to beat ole miss. i don't want ole miss to host the supers and make it to omaha

I think that would be a awesome matchup in omaha, LSU vs. Ole Piss. I just want Rice to lose because I'm sick of seeing us play them.

frick that, ole miss would garner some sort of moral victory if they made it to omaha, and we'd have to listen to there woulda coulda shouldas for the next year if they didn't win it, and if they happened to do better than lsu, we would NEVER hear the end of it

This is classic. The entire game has 24 posts. But there are some gems ...

"Announcers and everything.....cool"

"9,500 at the ballpark....what a difference to the northern schools"

"The Big Ten should probably drop baseball and save money. If it's not a summer sport, it's kinda pointless." (after commenting on the FSU-tosu game)

"Did Florida State snap the ball over the punter's head and out of the end zone?"

"He's getting hit hard [the Gopher pitcher, that is] but I guess 7 runs in four innings isn't too bad."

That was a good hit, no doubt.

And that is what makes rivals so good, that is why I'd like to see them in Omaha with us. I think UCI is a much better team than Ole Miss, IMO.
