Got in late after driving back from game last night and just read the thread. Sorry y'all missed game. I go dark when at game. Cheer, you did a yeoman's job in the dark.
Few comments:
1. Tanks 3rd AB ball hit right to SS, bobbles it, should have been error (Tanks graciously accepts the base hit).
2. Great throw from Kling to the plate and Travinski tagged runner in the face...hard.
3. Travinski threw attempted steal out at 3rd; runner didn't even slide; he slides he is safe easily.
4. Crews clearly avoided tag at 2nd in top 7. Called out and Lions start coming off the field. Crews refuses to leave 2nd and says something to the umpire. Umpire then waves Lions players back onto the field and calls for review. Call reversed. G O A T.
5. Tanks crushes a laser beam over LF wall. 110 MPH?
6. Jones outstanding patience at the plate. 3 BB and double.
7. Only 20 AB for SLU because only 2 hits for SLU, no Lion reached on error, and 3 runners cut down on basepaths.
