This is the fewest negative plays I can ever remember by an LSU team.

No doubt. Absolutely has a lot to do with the success of Lee from a psychological stand point

LSU's QBs have hardly been pressured all season.

The o-line has been doing a beautiful job.

We only have 20 pass attempts per game so that may me slightly skewed

Our QB throws on time now!! Last season JJ held the ball and didn't throw until the reciever was open too many times. JL throws on time before the pressure gets there.

I disagree. Lee has faced quite a bit of pressure and hence his back foot throws. But this year we are seeing a lot of quick throws and timing patterns. Not JJ holding on to the ball forever, then trying to run and get sacked to kill the drive.

I didn't say Lee hasn't faced pressure. However, there is much greater protection this year compared to last year.

I agree that the playcalling also plays a big part of the difference between this year and last year.

So Bama's greatest offensive line is not even in the top 3????

They're in the top 3 for least sacks given up per pass attempt, but not total sacks against

Succesful running teams will win this stat every year. We dont need to throw the ball as much, thus limiting the chance of a sack.

The key is sucess in the run.

Plus...the ball is getting out of the QB's hand a lot quicker this year.
