To be honest, the starting pitching for Tennessee over the past few years have owned LSUs lineup. The Friday and Saturday guys anyway.

If not for Yorke and Bide, we'd be playing the bottom of the 9th right now with at least still a chance in the game.

I really don't see how you can defend keeping Yorke in the lineup right now. He literally offers you nothing except being an inspiration to all the fatties at home.

Last year, it was easy to see why Braswell was kept in the lineup despite his struggles at the plate. His defense was elite. Yorke offers none of that. In fact, his defense is the exact opposite of elite. It's lazy, poor fundamental baseball. It's time for him to see the bench for longer than just one game.

Maybe he can get a hit against a Sunday starter, but I wouldn't hold my breath. And again, his defense isn't good enough to justify keeping him in the lineup.

Yea, expect to be down at least 5-0 by the 3rd inning tomorrow. Just hope Cowan can keep it in reach after Jay pulls Guidry.
