I don't know if we score 47. Not that we can't, but I expect us to be more deliberate with what we do in this game. I don't see putting up 65 points as the plan for the game.

That’s a little disingenuous. People here were worried they might be looking past FSU. And rightfully so I would say after watching that game.

I wished these games had been in reverse order. Big first games are risky. There is no preseason in CFB, yet there is no margin for error. And the biggest improvement is usually game 1 to game 2.
How many times have we seen LSU look sloppy in a first game against a directional school and look much better the next week.
FSU had a tune up game. LSU, clearly, did not.
