Happy to see VaTech getting some love over USC, Oklahoma and Ohio State. Makes me optimistic that those teams just don't get the automatic poll bump they're used to getting this year. I saw some of the USC game last night; they're not that good in comparison to years past. Could it be that the coaching drain from there has finally caught up to them?

parity is here. I think that has more to do with what we are seeing then anything. Lsu only has room for so many athletes. THe rest had to go elsewhere. Same goes for every school. The scholorship limit has leveled the playing field, like the salary cap in the nfl. who else you gonna put? oklahoma, ole miss, usc, ohio state, penn state, geogia, okalhoma state, miami, virginia tech, etc.
All theese teams have mostly lost to unranked teams. We however, have beaten 2 conference foes, and a bcs team on the road. Just about all with unfavorable surrounding conditions. Everyone needs to look at how bad some of theese teams are, before saying how bad we are.
Next week we will prove we are legit
