You are not even worth arguing with. Yeah, I wasn't happy with the game, but we won the SEC Championship and laid a turd in the big game. Deal with it. It's football. It happens all the time. You have winners and losers. You can't be over 30 with this shitball post. You are embarrassing yourself.

Obviously you are not aware that LSU makes more $$$ from Alumni donations than it does from ticket sales and concessions and tv contracts combined.

Actually, when it comes to Alumni donations on the academic front, LSU is, by far, one of the lowest in the country, which is a factor that keeps us a Tier 2 University.

Alumni are often "forced" to give to TAF to keep other privledges. But that's another story.

So, yes, I'm very aware of these things.

Yeah - Miles owes us - if you don't think so then watch what happens when those donations drop.. and they will drop if miles keeps acting the way he is.

Neaux. Miles doesn't owe "us". And I promise you those donations will keep coming in.

Dude a lot of what is going on has been knee-jerk reactions to a very frusterating game. First off I am sure like a lot of the players probably didn't feel like they should have to beat Bama twice in one year. Of course they couldn't bitch and complain but I am sure they all felt like WTF. Why do we have to do this again after beating them at their home. Then the game turned out terrible and we looked like poo poo on offense. The media is killing LM for looking like he was about 1/4 as prepaired as NS. All these things are hitting these young men right when they loose for the first time all year at the worst time to loose. That is a whole lot to deal with. Things will settle down. No matter what you think about LM, you have to admitt he is the best at putting fires out. He will re-unite this team and hopefully be better off.

EZETigerFan is a Miles Apologist. Or maybe he is one of many paid Miles' employees.

Former employee, actually.

And neaux, I've been just as critical of Miles here in the past as anyone.

However, this is such a thing as reality.

Here is reality:

After one of the best seasons in the history of college football, Les Miles doesn't owe you shite. Deal with it.

If this was the pre-BCS era, LSU would have a piece of a NC, and would likely have played some shitty team in the Sugar Bowl to seal it.

Problem is, ESPN now runs college football, and LSU wasn't up to the task to beat a team they already beat on the road. Too bad there isn't a best 2 of 3.

There was a stubborn coach, earlier this year, that kept trying long field goals in a very big game. His decision to keep trying the field goals instead of punting or going for it cost his team the game. I believe that coach got lucky and received a second chance to make up for his mistakes. He took advantage of his next opportunity against that team and won. Les will have his chance at redemption.
